Today went better. The lames kept their lameness in check, so I didn't have any mini-episodes.

Have just come from watering the lawn. It was fun. There is something cathartic about standing barefoot in the grass playing with the 7 settings on the nozel. Course I did have difficulties hooking the thing up. It's just one more apparatus that felt the need to spray me in the face this week. Neighbor saw this and then introduced himself as the owner of the home next door. He told me I would love the neighborhood and then gently asked me what I thought I was doing with my bag of Patch Perfect Grass Seed. "You can't just throw it on the dirt!"
