Wet Wet Wet.
Jan. 4th, 2008 01:23 pmJust in case you were wondering, 2008 continues to suck. There is a hurricane of sorts. Had to put face on by candle-light this morning. Finally got to shampoo hair with something other than Shea Butter Body Wash, and then no power for hair dryer. Not very sexy. Drove tiny car through equivalent of the red sea (minus Moses), only to get to work where the power went out after two hours.
Traffic lights not functioning. Push onward through even larger bodies of water in tiny car. Get home. What appears to be an entire Redwood tree now on balcony and stairs. Carnage everywhere. Cable is out. Power flickering. Going back to futon. Not leaving it for at least the next rest of my life.
